Sisters Traveling and Reading is an online hybrid lifestyle group based in Grand Rapids, Michigan that combines the love of reading and travel into one platform suited for women. Members engage in thoughtful discussions premised on carefully curated literature spotlighting written works from people of color - with the hope of empowering and inspiring women to live their best life. Additionally, we aspire to encourage members to incorporate their inspirations into real-life fun, travel, and adventures! STARS maintains an open reading and a BYOB (bring your own book) policy. This means that members have the option of reading any title from The Reading Bucket List or bringing a book of choice to the group. The goal is to maintain a continuous dialogue centered on socially conscious literature and latest travel trends.
